Yar'Lir the Living Storm cast the following effects:
Icicle Blizzard
Wind Shear
and the following 2 has a knockback effect
Wing Buffet
Yar'Lir's Cone of Storms
She changes form every 10% hp. At 100% she is Yar'Lir the Living Storm, at 90% she is Yar'Lir the Hurricane's Eye, at 80% she is Yar'Lir the Matriarch, at 70% she is Yar'Lir the Hurricane's Eye again, etc.
Her AE is directional,
Ya'Lir the living storm = Stand on the sides to avoid AE
Ya'Lir the Hurricane's Eye = Stand underneath to avoid AE
Ya'Lir the matriarch = Stand front or back to avoid AE
At 70% she starts spawning 4ish adds. Wyverm type mobs named "a blizzard seeker" and "a blizzard hunter", these adds flurry up to 1.2k dmg or so on a tank, they summons and have low hp. They seems to heal Yar'Lir if they stay near her. But they are snareable, rootable, stunnable, mezzable too. So expect to mezz those adds, till Yar'Lir drop another 10% hp and change form, those adds depop.
She should spawn "an instable storm" at certain point which will trigger Forcequake which is 2.5k hp dd + 150mana drain for 8 ticks. It is -1000 magic resist check so it's basically unresistble. Will have to try and cure it for the mana drain part. (Forcequake has a very small range 75ish i think? so shouldnt be hard to move these to sides away from raid)
Yar'Lir has no fire resists, so all nuking caster use fire DD for her.
Need all resists buffed for her.
She is also perma rooted, so can debuff+slow her before engage.
