Impatience and I are seriously looking at trying to make it to the picnic this year. We weren't going to because of budget issues but now that we are
playing again we really want to go see you guys again!
Right now we are looking for a place here in MN to board our 2 black labs. If we can find one that is reasonably priced we'll be one step closer to being
able to attend. The next step is asking if any Chow in the Chicago area would board 2 computer geeks? We don't have many requirements, a backyard to
pitch a tent would do! Running water and indoor plumbing a plus :)
If anyone would be willing to host us that would be awesome, if not we'll consider breaking out the dreaded credit card and finding a hotel room. Sorry to
be putting this out there last minute like but we just decided we both really wanted to attend last night.

That and his father and step-mom pushed up their visit, so they've already come and gone. That was the main reason I had cancelled our trip was because
they announced their intention to visit us during that week. Since they're gone and we're playing again, we'd sure like to drive out and see you
guys, especially since we missed last year's.
Still, I've got to see what dog boarding runs... I've never boarded them before and have no idea how much it costs.  |

Ok, our vet has openings to board the dogs and it's really pretty reasonable, so that's a done deal. We WILL be at the picnic!

The Suedader Hilton isn't anywhere close to casa de Swifty (28.5 miles), but I have a room or two available (and/or backyard space for a tent if you would rather). I don't think the wife would mind (besides, aren't you supposed to ask for permission later or something??!?) as long as the house isn't trashed. |

It's super awesome of you, Suedader, to offer up your home to us. After finding out the cost of doggy boarding and the cost of hotel we've decided to
stay at the Hyatt. It is a touch pricey but we can make it work. Again thanks so much for extending your hospitality to us, it means a lot!

Actually Ill be at the first hotel as well assuming I can still get in as I just had a decent amount of cash come my way making the reservation in the morning
